Be A Graduate in Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Leadership & Management (PGDipELM) awarded by London Examinations Board and accredited by TQUK at Level 7, which are Ofqual Regulated. Be entitled to top-up qualification with a Master of Arts in International Education (MAIED) awarded by Horizons University, Paris, France.
This programme is specifically designed for those aspiring to or in leadership positions in educational institutions. The focus is on theoretical understandings and practical skills and offers an opportunity for in-depth examination of current thinking, theories, models, issues and practices that contribute to the transformation of educational institutions.
Graduates can pursue careers in higher education, law, international education associations, accreditation agencies, international development or human service agencies, non-governmental organizations and cultural exchange programmes.

The work-based learning project is related to your chosen specialisation. You should use a range of quantitative and qualitative methods for providing information and evaluating options. For PGDipELM : a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and English Language Proficiency.
For MAIED : possess PGDipELM and completion of the Research Methodology workshop.
For the PGDipELM - assessments are based wholly on course work, assignments and work-based reports.
For the top-up MAIED - the final work-based project report on the specialisation has a word count of between 7,000 and 8,000 words.
